The Adtech 05603 Glue Runner Permanent is an excellent adhesive for crafting and scrapbooking. The adhesive is clear and easy to use. It has a white strip on one side that rolls back onto its own wheel as the clear adhesive strip sticks to the paper. It works well on paper and cards, but there are mixed reviews on whether it works on fabric, aluminum or cardboard. The 4-pack of tape runners is good value for money, with each tape runner being 315-inches long. The price per inch is only $.004, which is much cheaper than some competitors on the market. However, some reviewers have reported that the tape runs out quickly and that the tape is gloopy and stringy.
