The SeaSense Hand Bilge Pump is a manual self-priming pump that is ideal for removing water from small boats, kayaks, canoes, bilges or any place water collects. The pump is 24" long and comes with a 36" hose that can be easily screwed into the pump. It has a gal/min rating of 10 and can pump water down to about 1/8th inch. The pump does not accommodate a tube on the intake and is not designed to start the siphon on a hose. Customer Feedback: - Very good quality for the money. - Transfers water very fast. - Hose connection can be an issue with water leaking out. - Hose may arrive bent and not fit tightly into the pump. - Pump works better than smaller alternatives. - Outlet is slightly out of round but can be easily reshaped to fit the hose. - Pump can detach from the discharge hose and needs to be re-attached.
