However, the hole size may not be precise. It cuts a hole slightly smaller than the intended 6-inch diameter. Some customers noted that the holes were smaller (5 ⅞") than advertised, causing inconvenience in getting a 6" pipe through the hole. The Spyder hole saw comes with a quick-release feature, but the quality of the blade teeth may not match customer expectations. Some customers noted that the blade was dull after less than a dozen uses, with teeth wearing out too soon.
