- This Hyper Tough cable puller is built for extracting and pulling with a 2 ton, 4000 lb capacity. The hardened all-steel body with a galvanized finish gives it a rugged build for repeated use in workshops, on farms and ranches, at construction sites, for home projects, and for automotive work.
