- Monitors exhaust differential pressure across the diesel particulate filter (DPF) in real time, sending accurate signals to the ECU to trigger proper regeneration cycles. Prevents clogging and maintains exhaust system efficiency.
- A failing DPF pressure sensor commonly triggers check engine light (P0471, P0472, P0473), reduces fuel economy, and may lead to DPF clogging or regeneration failure. Replace with this direct-fit sensor to restore proper readings and avoid costly repairs.
